Ellen Pearson has been selected to be part of the Verbier Festival Academy’s Atélier Lyrique. As part of the Verbier Festival performance of Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, Ellen will be portraying the role of La Ciesca.
The Verbier Festival Academy’s Atélier Lyrique is an intensive three-week professional training programme which offers a unique blend of opera role and song repertoire study in a supportive and inspiring environment. The mentors provided to members of the Atélier Lyrique include Barbara Frittoli, James Bailieu, Thomas Hampson, and Véronique Gens.
